Cholesterol Clarity: What The HDL Is Wrong With My Numbers? – A book dedicated to correcting the course of cholesterol, after reading this you’ll know more about cholesterol than the average G.P.

Functional Medicine:

The Disease Delusion: Conquering the Causes of Chronic Illness for a Healthier, Longer, and Happier Life, Dr Jeffrey s. Bland – A fantastic book on Functional Medicine, illustrating the impact of food and exercise on our health. A great read if you want to baseline your health, avoid chronic disease, or even recover from chronic disease!

Sleep Health:

– The Promise of Sleep: A Pioneer in Sleep Medicine Explores the Vital Connection Between Health, Happiness, and a Good Night’s Sleep, by Dr William C. Dement. A book by the man who discovered REM sleep, an excellent resource for anyone serious about a good night’s sleep.
